This Privacy Policy explains how the Downhill mobile game (the “App”) handles information. It applies to the Downhill apps for iOS and Android (bundle id cc.livx.downhill), published by Elya Livshitz (“we”, “us”).

The short version

Downhill is a self-contained arcade game. It requires no account or login, shows no ads, plays fully offline, and does not sell or share your personal data. It collects no personal data at all.

Motion sensors stay on your device

Downhill is tilt-steered: it reads your device’s motion sensors (accelerometer / gyroscope) to control the game. This motion data is used only on your device, in real time, to steer gameplay. It is never transmitted, stored, or shared. It never leaves your phone.

What we collect

We may collect limited anonymous analytics and diagnostics to understand how the App is used and to fix crashes and bugs — for example, anonymous usage events, app version, device model and operating-system version, and crash/error reports. This is processed through our hosting and error-reporting providers (e.g. the bodify platform analytics and error monitoring such as Coralogix / Sentry) acting on our behalf.

This diagnostic data is aggregate and anonymous. It is not linked to your identity and cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

What we do NOT collect

  • No name, email, phone number, or account — the App has no login.
  • No personal or sensitive personal information.
  • No advertising identifiers and no third-party ad or cross-app tracking.
  • No location data.
  • No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
  • Your motion-sensor data is never collected or transmitted (see above).

No ads, no selling of data

Downhill contains no advertising and no ad networks. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data, and we do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.

Children’s privacy

Downhill is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App requires no account and collects no personal data, no personal information is gathered from children.

Data retention & security

Since no personal data is collected, there is no personal data to retain. Anonymous, aggregate diagnostic data may be retained for a limited period to monitor stability and improve the App, and is protected in transit and at rest by our providers using industry-standard measures.

Your choices

You can stop all data processing at any time by uninstalling the App. On both iOS and Android you can also limit ad/diagnostic sharing through your device’s system privacy settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “Last updated” date.
